Weingut Tement is a family-owned estate in Südsteiermark, Austria, close to the Slovenian border. It's considered one of the region's leading producers, known above all for mineral, age-worthy wines from Sauvignon Blanc and Morillon (Chardonnay), especially from the Zieregg vineyard. The estate is farmed biodynamically. Meet Armin Tement, who took over from his father Manfred in 2008.
Every Tuesday
Every Tuesday, wine director Francesco Marzola dives into the cellar and picks six unique bottles for WineBoxx. Rare finds, old favourites and a few surprises — the selection changes every week.
Every Wednesday
Kebab from head chef Tzahi Anidjar. Our friends at the Michelin Guide might turn up their noses, but Tzahi points out that kebab isn't one dish — in the Middle East it's a whole category, from the simplest to the most refined.
Every Thursday
The weekend starts Thursday. After work, date night, friends, or flying solo — whatever brings you in, stay for another glass.

Bib Gourmand in 2024 and 2025. The award goes to places serving good food at a price people can actually come back to.
Dishes arrive when they're ready, made to share. Order a few, order more later.
THE KITCHEN
The wine list is long and changes often. It lives, up to date, at Vinify.
